The receptionist was exceptionally helpful, calling to check on us after check-in, which added a personal touch to our stay.

We explored the River Walk and checked out the famous Alamo. The staff was super friendly, getting us our rooms earlier than expected. The breakfast was a hit too with plenty of choices.

The hallway carpets definitely need updating, which took away a bit from the overall vibe.

Our recent family getaway in the King Suite with Sofa Bed had comforting beds and a spacious layout. However, broken amenities and noise disruptions affected our experience. Pro tip, Bring your own soap and check for extra bedding upon arrival. Conveniently located near downtown!

Upon arrival, the room was in disarray. the sofa was improperly set up, and light bulbs were missing. The absence of essential items made me feel neglected as a guest. Additionally, the property seemed outdated with stained towels and linens, which was very disappointing.

The location is fantastic, being close to downtown while still providing a quiet atmosphere. The King Suite we stayed in was spacious, with a separate living area and comfortable beds that made our family feel at home.

The breakfast area could use more seating.

I loved how easy it was to walk to the alamo and the san antonio river walk from here, which made my weekend city explorations so much more enjoyable. plus, the charming shops and cafes nearby made for delightful breaks in between sightseeing.

Had a mixed bag stay. The staff were super helpful, especially one guy who went out of his way to assist an elderly deaf guest. The breakfast options were kinda sad, mostly just fruit, and the room had a bit of a musty vibe. The pool area looked pretty outdated, which was disappointing.
